The owners of Williams Financial Services -Pamela Fox & Kevin Williams – are married business partners. They reside in South Portland and are the proud parents of one cat.

How did we formally start our Accounting and Tax Preparation Firm in 2021?
We saw the need to bring Accounting and Tax Services to people, new start-up businesses, and to established small businesses of our community, these much needed services at a reasonable cost.
Alyse Wallace
Alyse has both an Associates Degree in Business Administration and a Bachelors Degree in Accounting from Southern New Hampshire University.
Prior to working as an Accountant with Williams Financial Services, Alyse was a Financial Analyst with a local Business Bank here in Maine. She is married and a mother of one child. In her spare time, Alyse and her family enjoy the outdoors.
Christina Denardo
I am a certified Human Resources professional who provides independent HR consulting services to support small businesses and growing organizations. I specialize in developing employee handbooks, creating clear and compliant workplace policies, and helping startups establish strong HR foundations. With a practical, people-focused approach, I partner with leaders to implement HR solutions that are scalable, compliant, and aligned with their company culture.
Outside of my professional life, I’ve been happily married to my husband, Al, for 20 years. Together we have four adult children and two grandchildren who bring endless joy to our lives. I enjoy spending time with family—whether hiking, gathering for meals, exploring new places, or simply relaxing in the backyard. Some of my favorite moments are reading and doing crafts with my grandchildren.
